WHAT are check-ins?
Every week we will check in at the same time to check on your goals (don’t worry if you want to move it each week to fit around your schedule).
These calls last only 30 minutes and give you a chance to share what is holding you back from completing your weekly goals and to get a solution.
As part of your membership you can also check in via Whatsapp at anytime. You will get a response within 24hrs, much sooner usually!
If you’d like to have an ad-hoc call throughout the week, we offer 30 and 60 minute slots, available to book anytime.
