What to expect
An 8-week rigorous cohort to recalibrate your biology, master your mindset, and build the discipline you’ve been missing.
WEEK 1: The Foundation
We start by stripping away the noise. You’ll visualize exactly where you want to be in five years and identify the specific "anchors" dragging you down. We teach the science of the "Goose and the Golden Egg" to ensure you build a sustainable base for growth.
Week 2: The Biological Clock
Your phone is hijacking your sleep hormone (melatonin) and your reward system (dopamine). This week, we install "Digital Walls" and a fixed sleep schedule to reset your hormones, leaving you waking up ready to attack the day.
Week 3: The Fuel Audit
If it's in your house, you will eat it. We clear the pantry of inflammatory triggers and switch to a "Zero Processed" protocol. You'll learn why food is information, and how to eat to banish the afternoon crash.
Week 4: The Life Force
"I don't feel like it" is no longer a valid excuse. We implement non-negotiable daily movement to process anxiety physically. You'll learn the science of why exercise is the most effective antidepressant available.
Week 5: The Tomorrow List
Anxiety usually comes from the unknown. We teach you to preserve your "Executive Function" by planning your day the night before, ensuring you wake up with clarity and execute your hardest task first.
Week 6: The Reframe
Panic is just energy without direction. Through cold showers and specific journaling techniques, you will train your brain to embrace discomfort and pivot from "Why is this happening?" to "How might I solve this?"
Week 7: The Service Protocol
The secret to happiness is getting out of your own way. We apply the "Paradox of Service," using social psychology to dissolve your own stress by projecting value onto everyone you meet.
Week 8: GRADUATION
The course ends, but the work never stops. You will review your entire journey and architect your "Iron Action Plan"—the permanent set of standards and habits you will carry with you for the rest of your life.
